Can international sellers work with Ozon?
Yes — Ozon runs its own programs for sellers from abroad, and many brands also enter through a Russian entity or distributor. Whichever route you take, the goods still need local receiving, Chestny ZNAK marking, Ozon-compliant packaging and on-time delivery. That operational layer is what CallPlex provides.
What labeling does Ozon require?
Every unit needs an Ozon-readable barcode matching the product card, plus a Chestny ZNAK Data Matrix code for mandatory categories such as clothing, footwear and perfume. Shipments also need box and pallet labels generated from the supply documents. We print, apply and verify all of them before dispatch.
Which Ozon model should I start with — FBO or FBS?
FBO means Ozon stores your stock and ships orders itself; you deliver supplies to Ozon warehouses. FBS means stock stays with us and we hand over each order within the Ozon deadline. FBO usually wins on delivery speed for bestsellers, FBS keeps the long tail flexible. We run both and help you split the catalog.
How do you handle Ozon returns?
Returned items come back to our warehouse, where we inspect them, replace damaged packaging and put sellable units back into stock. You get a report on every returned unit, so the stock picture in your dashboard stays accurate.
How long does onboarding take?
