Why selling on Russian marketplaces needs a local partner
Wildberries and Ozon are the two largest marketplaces in Russia, and both are built for sellers who operate locally. Seller dashboards, support and documentation are in Russian, and physical requirements are strict — goods that arrive unlabeled or in the wrong packaging are rejected at the gate.

Mandatory Chestny ZNAK marking

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with companies that are not registered in Russia?
Yes. We work with international brands and sellers as well as with their Russian entities, distributors and agencies. Marketplace registration requirements change over time, so we help you check the current rules for your country and set up the operational side: receiving, labeling, packaging and delivery.
How do my goods get to your warehouse?
Your freight forwarder or carrier delivers boxed or palletized cargo to our warehouse in Moscow or another of our 15+ cities. We receive and inspect the goods within 24–48 hours and report every discrepancy with photos.
What is Chestny ZNAK and do I need it?
Chestny ZNAK is the mandatory Russian product traceability system. Many categories — clothing, footwear, perfume and others — must carry a Data Matrix code on every unit before they can be sold. We apply and verify the codes as part of our standard preparation workflow.
Should I choose FBO or FBS?
Under FBO the marketplace stores your stock and ships orders itself: you deliver supply batches to its warehouses. Under FBS the stock stays at our warehouse and we pack and hand over each order within the marketplace deadline. Most sellers start with FBO for bestsellers and use FBS for the long tail — we run both models daily.
How fast can we start?
Onboarding usually takes about a week: we agree on the price list, you ship the first batch, we receive it, prepare the goods and make the first delivery to the marketplace.
